Court orders Robert Kocharyan into custody
The Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by Judge S. Dadoyan, has fully granted the investigator’s motion and ordered Robert Kocharyan to be remanded in custody as a preventive measure, the Anti-Corruption Committee said.
Earlier, Levon Kocharyan said that Robert Kocharyan had been taken from the Anti-Corruption Court to a medical center and that the court hearing would continue in his absence.
