Putin: Some countries are trying to undermine stability in the CIS countries

Some countries are trying to cause confusion and undermine
traditional value systems in the CIS countries. Russian President Vladimir
Putin said this in his video address to the participants of the meeting of Security
Council secretaries of the CIS member states.

“Global instability will affect Eurasia as well. Moreover,
the actions of some countries are directly aimed at undermining legal power,
social stability and traditional value systems in the CIS countries and
severing our traditionally close trade, cooperation and cultural ties. 

Putin noted that terrorism and organized crime, illegal drug
trafficking and illegal immigration, radicalism and extremism, as well as risks
in the fields of economic, informational, technological and biological
security, remain a threat to the CIS countries.
