Mourad Papazian: The movement should become a national liberation movement in order to save Armenia and the Armenian people
The movement must gain momentum; its popular nature must be established. The movement must state that all segments of the people have serious concerns and want a change of power. ARF Bureau member, French-Armenian Mourad Papazian told ABCmedia.
“Archbishop Bagrat should continue to inspire people so that they will have confidence in his message and the future. There should be a nationwide movement; the calls for national solidarity and unity should continue. This should become a national liberation movement in order to save Armenia and the Armenian people. I’m calling on people to join this movement so that we can all be together and united in the near future,” he said.
According to Papazian, the people of Tavush want to stay in Tavush; it is their ancestral land, their parents lived there.
“I don’t understand what message Mr. Pashinyan wants to convey to these people. I can see that people are dissatisfied and do not agree with the prime minister’s initiative. Such decisions should be made by referendum, but he has violated the law. But what is important now is that the square is full today, and it will continue to be filled,” the ARF Bureau member said.
