Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan: The idea of the return of Artsakh residents will not go off our agenda
A year has passed since the loss of Artsakh; we are deprived of Artsakh; simple political analyses about Artsakh are empty talk, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan said in a live message.
He noted that the state agencies of the Artsakh Republic still exist. “We must make every effort to protect them. We should support and encourage, because Artsakh was a well-established republic; it had well-established institutions. Those institutions have been left today from Artsakh, and most importantly, our brothers and sisters are left, who for some, enemies, are guests in our Homeland, but for us, they are owners in the Homeland,” the Holy Father noted.
According to him, the international community is talking about the dignified return of the Artsakh population, even the head of the enemy state has spoken about it with his ideology and his terminology. “We note that the issue of Artsakh is not settled. It should return to the real and fair negotiation field, thus also ensuring the idea of real and fair long-term stable peace. The idea of return is not off our agenda and will not be out of it,” Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan said.
