On the 32nd anniversary of the declaration of independence
of the Republic of Artsakh, the incumbent and former presidents of the country,
officials and citizens paid tribute to those who laid down their lives in the
Artsakh war.
Many people came to Stepankert’s Brotherhood
Cemetery-Memorial Complex without flowers — they merely did not manage to find
flowers — but full of hope that they will not celebrate such memorable
occasions in low spirits anymore.
