Twenty-three seriously and critically injured people, with
specialists, are being transferred from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia in 23
ambulances.
Under the supervision of the International Committee of the
Red Cross, they have just crossed the Hakari bridge, the RA Ministry of Health
reports.
