Azerbaijan does not allow Artsakh side to take Armenian
servicemen’s and civilians’ bodies

Thirty-two hours after the ceasefire, Azerbaijan has not
allowed the Artsakh side to take its soldiers’ and  civilians’ bodies
under its control. Artak Beglaryan made an X post on this.

“Sure, many injured persons could have survived if
Azerbaijanis had given us that chance.

An example of their “humanitarian” approach,” he wrote.

On Sept. 21, the official representatives of Azerbaijan and
Artsakh met in Yevlakh under Russian mediation.

During the meeting, a number of issues of real significance
to both sides were discussed. The parties emphasized that all the issues need
to be discussed in a peaceful atmosphere, with the readiness for further meetings.

The Government of Armenia doesn’t seek the displacement of
the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh and believes that the rights of the Armenians
of Nagorno-Karabakh to live safely and in dignity in their homes must be
guaranteed, but on the other hand in the event of assessing the stay [in NK] of

necessary decisions will be taken.

After the meeting in Yevlakh, the official representative of
Artsakh stated that no final agreement has been reached with Baku. They should
negotiate the details, RIA Novosti reports.

The Azerbaijani side has violated the ceasefire agreement of
Sept. 20 and used firearms near Stepanakert, Artsakh InfoCenter reports. 

Necessary steps are being taken together with the interested
parties to address the situation.

War correspondent Davit Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“Shots still can be heard, but the number has decreased as of 12:45 p.m.
The photo was taken at 12:40 in the square. The enemy has not entered
Stepanakert and has not hoisted a flag there.”

Azerbaijan violates ceasefire agreement

The press service of the Artsakh Ministry of the Interior
has issued a statement, addressing the population: “Dear compatriots, in
violation of the ceasefire agreement, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces are firing
different caliber firearms from areas adjacent to Stepanakert.

Shooting can be heard in the center of the capital as well.
We urge everyone not to leave shelters for security reasons.
