Zelenskyy decides to run for Ukraine’s president once again

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has decided to run for the head of state for a second time, Ukrainian Telegraph reports.

As noted, last autumn, the potential date for the upcoming elections appeared for the first time in the Ukrainian media: May 2025. Political circles in the country expect that both presidential and parliamentary elections will be held on the same day in order to expedite the process as much as possible.

So far, there have been no prerequisites for this specific scenario. Everyone is waiting for Jan. 20, the day of Trump’s inauguration.
