on the military positions near the settlement; casualties have been caused.
This time, the enemy is using mortars, drones and is deploying military
equipment along the border.
On the one hand, Azerbaijan wears a mask of kindness and
sends humanitarian aid to Artsakh, on the other hand, performs acts of
provocation. What end are they pursuing with these acts?
Before escalating the situation along the border, Azerbaijan
used humanitarian aid — as its last hope — trying to introduce itself as
part of the civilized world under the guise of benevolence.
