Arayik Harutyunyan submits resignation letter to National Assembly

Under Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of
Artsakh, President Arayik Harutyunyan submitted a letter of resignation to the
National Assembly on Sept. 1, 2023. 

To remind, Arayik Harutyunyan announced his decision to
resign yesterday. He noted that major actors need to be changed in Artsakh,
considering the current situation in the country.
