Artsakh NA president discusses social and economic problems with state minister

On Aug. 17, Artsakh NA President Davit Ishkhanyan met with
State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan, Artsakh NA official Facebook page
reports. 

“The state minister presented the social and economic
problems besetting Artsakh and the work being done by the government to
alleviate these problems,” reads the post.
