Armenia applied to the European Court of Human Rights,
making a request for an interim measure against Azerbaijan regarding the
protection of rights of Rashid Beglaryan, RA representative on international
legal matters reports.
Rashid Beglaryan got lost and ended up in the territory
under the control of Azerbaijan.
