Second round of presidential elections to be held in Turkey
A second round of presidential elections will be held in Turkey, said Chairman of Turkey’s Supreme Election Council Ahmet Yener.
According to the official statement, the second round will be held on May 28. After opening 100% of the ballot boxes, incumbent President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, won 49.35% of the votes, while the united opposition candidate Kemal Kilicdaroglu secured the support of 45% of the voters.
