
Migrant arrested in France over alleged plan to attack Louvre
A Tunisian man has been arrested in France on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack on the Louvre in Paris, according to Le Monde.
The publication notes that the arrest took place on May 7.
Le Monde says the 27-year-old undocumented migrant is suspected of planning violent acts.
According to investigators, the man allegedly intended to target both the Louvre and the Jewish community in Paris’s 16th arrondissement.
