Criminal proceedings to be initiated against 3 Prosperous Armenia MP candidates

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has approved the initiation of criminal proceedings and the deprivation of liberty of three Prosperous Armenia Party parliamentary candidates — Garush Marzetsyan, Edgar Bojukyan, and Naira Harutyunyan.

The motion was submitted to the CEC by the Prosecutor General’s Office, the CEC told ABC Media.
