Peskov: No date set yet for potential trilateral talks on Ukraine settlement in Abu Dhabi

No date has yet been set for potential trilateral talks on a settlement in Ukraine, which are expected to take place in Abu Dhabi, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has said.

Earlier, Peskov stated that negotiations on a settlement in Ukraine, planned for the first half of November in Abu Dhabi, would take place in a trilateral format. However, he did not rule out the possibility of European representatives participating in subsequent discussions on security issues.

Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said that Moscow was ready to resume trilateral negotiations on Ukraine after November 4.

Peskov recalled that Russia had previously expressed its readiness to resume negotiations after the State Duma elections, held from September 18 to 20. However, according to the Russian side, Ukraine disrupted the agreement.
