The results of the New Hampshire primary elections show that former U.S. President Donald Trump is going to become the GOP nominee. U.S. President Joe Biden said this. Biden is also running for the elections.
“It is now clear that Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee,” reads the statement issued by his campaign. He noted that “the stakes could not be higher” in the run-up to the elections. According to him, “personal freedoms” and the country’s economy will depend on the outcome of the elections.
Trump had earlier announced his victory in the New Hampshire GOP primary on Jan. 23. His only opponent Nikki Haley accepted the defeat.
The U.S. presidential elections will take place in November. On April 25, 2023, Biden announced that he would try to be re-elected. Trump announced his participation in the election campaign in November 2022.
