A Russian military Il-76 plane has crashed in Belgorod, the Russian service of the BBC reports.
As noted, the plane was carrying 65 Ukrainian POWs. They were being transferred to Belgorod for the exchange of POWs.
Six crew members and three companions were on board the plane.
No report of survivors has been given.
