Belarus and Russia should build their happiness themselves. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said this today, Feb. 21, in Kazan, during talks with Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
“Maybe it is even better that external factors have brought us even closer to each other. We put an end to unnecessary disputes. We came to the realization that, in fact, we have few friends — or maybe no real friends at all — and that it is us who should build our happiness,” Lukashenko said.
