An extraordinary NA meeting is scheduled for Nov. 21. The
issue of providing the displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh with pensions
and dole will be on the agenda. Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs
Narek Mkrtchyan said this in a parliamentary session.
“In 2024, we will keep up with the assistance programs for
our compatriots displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. Our compatriots will also have
the opportunity to receive social guarantees in accordance with the RA
legislation. An extraordinary NA meeting is scheduled for Nov. 21 to discuss
amendments to the law on pensions and dole, aimed at allowing our compatriots
to exercise their rights to pensions and dole,” the minister said.
