Capitulation night

Battles for Shushi continue. Pashinyan wrote this at 7:12
p.m. on Nov. 9 after the spokesperson for the president of Artsakh and Davit
Babayan had announced the fall of the city. This was the first case when the
information spread by the leaders of Armenia and Artsakh not only did not agree
with each other, but were also contradictory. 

Members of military units in Shushi or nearby also shared
videos and derided those who believed the news of the fall of Shushi.
