Shoigu appointed Russian Security Council secretary

Sergey Shoigu has been appointed secretary of the Security Council of Russia. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on this.

“Sergey Shoigu is appointed secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation,” reads the decree.
