Greece supports the resumption of EU-brokered talks between
Azerbaijan and Armenia. Greek Minister for National Defense Nikos Dendias made
an X post on this.
He noted that this is meant for peace and stability for the
peoples of the region.
“We stand by Armenia, as expected,” Dendias wrote.
The official also referred to the events unfolding in
Ukraine and the Middle East, noting that Greece has a clear position to support
dialogue based on the U.N. Charter and the principles of international law.
