Vahan Kostanyan: No decision to attend COP29 has been made yet

As of now, no decision has been made regarding participation in COP29, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan said at a press briefing after the government meeting. According to Kostanyan, discussions are underway in this regard.
