There is nothing new regarding the signing of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan: Highlights from Armen Grgoryan’s briefing

  • We are gathering media reports about corruption related to both government officials and other individuals. All of this aims to detect potential threats early.
  • Corruption is considered a threat to national security by the Armenian authorities, and therefore, combating it is part of the Security Council’s work.
  • There is nothing new regarding the signing of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan. What has been publicly stated is all there is; if there is any new development, we will, of course, inform the public.
  • We are particularly interested in reports related to the possible presence of Russian spies or activities of the so-called “fifth column” in Armenia. We are not following the path of the previous authorities.
