Azerbaijan has legitimate expectations from Armenia,  says Jeyhun Bayramov

The peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia has several directions, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told reporters.

He stated that the text of the peace agreement with Armenia was finalized in March.

“Azerbaijan has legitimate expectations from Armenia,” Bayramov said, explaining that these expectations include the removal of territorial claims against Azerbaijan from Armenia’s Constitution and the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, which he said is no longer necessary following the end of the conflict.

“We are monitoring the developments, and contacts are ongoing,” Bayramov added.
