Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan’s meeting with
Russian peacekeepers ended. The meeting that lasted for about three hours
resulted in the Russian peacekeepers committing to deliver information on the
situation to Russia on a daily basis.
They also took it upon themselves to make every effort
towards eliminating the humanitarian crisis. Part of the participants stayed
with the Russian peacekeepers, the other part returned to the Revival Square,
where a big rally is expected in the evening.
