Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell met in Brussels.
In an address to Mirzoyan, Borrell said, “Unfortunately, we have a problem again.” In answer, Ararat Mirzoyan said, “Unfortunately, yes.”
Mirzoyan left for Brussels to participate in the fifth meeting of the Armenia-EU Partnership Council.
While he was in Brussels, Azerbaijan opened fire on the military positions in the village of Nerkin Hand in Syunik Province. As a result, four servicemen were killed, and another serviceman was wounded.
