Artak Beglaryan: The former leaders of Artsakh are being forced to give interviews, which is crime

Aliyev’s genocidal and dictatorial regime in Azerbaijan once again violates international law by not only abducting the Artsakh leadership, but also blocking their opportunities for legal protection. Former State Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan made an X post on this.

He noted that the former leaders of Artsakh are now being forced to give interviews.

“Using hostages for propaganda and humiliation purposes is also a crime.

Special Advisor to the U.N. on the Prevention of Genocide Juan Méndez clearly stated in his Nov. 1 2023 report that the arrest of the Artsakh leadership is evidence of genocide, as it shows the intention to annihilate the community,” Beglaryan noted.
