Arman Tatoyan: The right of Artsakh Armenians to return to their homeland, Artsakh, should not be left off the public agenda

Former Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan made a Telegram post: 

“The right of Artsakh Armenians to return to their homeland, Artsakh, should not be left off the public agenda. It implies a dignified and safe life, property rights. The most important thing is security, for which international guarantees are necessary.”
