Armenia’s freezing of relations with the CSTO continues to give rise to discussions within the organization itself. Russian Ambassador to the CSTO Viktor Vasilev told RIA Novosti that the issue of Armenia’s membership fee has been agreed within the organization, and the fee for 2024 is 53 million 220 thousand rubles.
Vasilev noted that Armenia previously made statements about freezing relations and refusing to pay membership fees as well. It was noted that regardless of everything, the 2025 budget will be calculated and presented to Armenia.
