“The RA Court of Appeal allowed our appeal against the decision to keep the mayor of Stepanakert under house arrest, overturning the illegal judicial act made by Masis Melkonyan and rejecting the investigator’s motion.
Let me remind you that with another decision, the Court of Appeal recognized the mayor’s 20-day detention as illegal,” lawyer Roman Yeritsyan wrote.
