A spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed in an airstrike yesterday. Ali Karki, the commander of Hezbollah’s Southern Front, was also killed.
“The Air Force fighter jets, under the command of the intelligence wing and the defense system, attacked Hezbollah’s central headquarters, which was located in an apartment in a residential building in Dahieh, Beirut and was involved in the coordination of terror activities against the citizens of the State of Israel,” the IDF said.
“Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to terrorize the world,” the IDF said in an X post.
It is also reported that the Israel Defense Forces killed Ahmed Muhammad Fahd, the head of a Hamas network in southern Syria.
