Azerbaijan unready for peace; New ultimatums issued

The meeting scheduled for Oct. 5 in Granada has been
canceled. Aliyev has put forward new demands. This time, it was the agreement
presented by France that displeased the enemy. Under the agreement, France is
ready to provide Armenia with weapons. Moreover, Aliyev wants to make Turkey a
negotiating party.

According to Aram Poladyan, an expert on Azerbaijani
Studies, Azerbaijan’s statement on recognizing Armenia’s territorial integrity
is hollow.
