No ceasefire in Gaza until Hamas provides hostage list

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that a ceasefire in Gaza will not begin until Hamas submits a list of the hostages to be released.

Earlier, local media reported that Hamas was delaying the submission of the hostage list for technical reasons.

The press service of the Israeli government stated that Netanyahu conducted an assessment of the security situation overnight regarding the delay in receiving the list of kidnapped individuals expected to be released. Netanyahu has instructed the military that the ceasefire, which is set to come into effect at 8:30 a.m. (10:30 a.m. Yerevan time), will not start until Israel has received the list of hostages that Hamas has committed to provide.
