India blocks Azerbaijan’s bid to join Shanghai Cooperation Organisation

India has blocked Azerbaijan’s application to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) as a full member, the Azerbaijani news outlet Axar.az reports.

“India has once again obstructed Azerbaijan’s accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation as a full member,” the report stated.
