Failure to agree on a new aid package for Ukraine is
absolute madness for the United States. U.S. President Joe Biden said
this.
“It is against the interests of the United States. It is
simply wrong,” he said.
U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen called the
situation surrounding support for Kyiv “terrible.” As she stated, Washington
will bear responsibility, if Ukraine loses this war.
To remind, Biden previously asked Congress for $106 billion
to help Israel and Ukraine, but did not receive total support.
