Costa says Armenia–Azerbaijan deal is peace story for Europe that must be celebrated

European Council President António Costa has posted on X, stating that the holding of the European Political Community summit in Armenia is truly historic.

“This EPC summit in Armenia is truly historic.

For the first time, we’re meeting here in the South Caucasus.

The agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan is a story of peace in Europe that must be celebrated,” Costa wrote.
