
Putin sends Victory Day greetings to foreign leaders, including Armenia and Azerbaijan
Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent congratulatory messages to foreign heads of state and peoples on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of Victory Day, the Kremlin says.
“Congratulatory messages were sent to the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia, as well as to the peoples of Georgia and Moldova,” the Kremlin said in a statement.
