Lavrov: There are no unfriendly countries for Russia, but there are administrations making unfriendly decisions

In general, states appear on the list of unfriendly
countries for Russia, depending on the decisions that their governments make.
However, there are no unfriendly countries for Russia. As RIA Novosti reports,
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this.

“There are neither unfriendly countries nor unfriendly
peoples for us, but there are certain administrations that make unfriendly decisions
on behalf of their states. We consider these administrations unfriendly and put
them on appropriate lists,” Lavrov said.
