Karapet Poghosyan arrested, Ruben Melikyan says

Ruben Melikyan says he was informed from Gyumri a short while ago that hours earlier public figure Karapet Poghosyan, hsi client, was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Committee.

He added that, at this point, the right to notify his relatives and lawyer about his whereabouts has not been ensured.
