Artsvik Minasyan says law enforcement has created atmosphere of informational terror

A large number of individuals are currently in law enforcement custody, and numerous obstacles have been created at passport offices, Artsvik Minasyan, a parliamentary candidate from the Armenia Alliance, said at an emergency press briefing today.

“We have recorded multiple cases of open voting. In Debedavan, two people were detained. The law enforcement system has created an atmosphere of informational terror, and we have recorded clear abuses of administrative resources and prohibited campaigning methods,” Minasyan said.
