Russia’s election commission reports violations in Armenia

Members of Russia’s Central Election Commission (CEC), who observed elections held in Armenia, have reported numerous violations, CEC Chair Ella Pamfilova said, according to ria.ru.

CEC members Pavel Andreev and Lyudmila Markina took part in the process as international observers. Upon their return, Pamfilova requested that they provide a detailed report on the electoral process.

“There were numerous violations during the elections held in Armenia. My colleagues and I discussed this,” Pamfilova said at a CEC meeting in Russia.
