Artak Beglaryan: Some of the 40 Artsakhis, under Azerbaijani occupation, are not ethnic Armenians

Currently, a maximum of 40 Artsakhis remain under
Azerbaijani occupation; some of them are not ethnic Armenians. Former Human
Rights Defender of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan made an X post on this․ 

He noted that the people of Artsakh faced genocide committed
by Aliyev’s dictatorial regime, and as a result, over 99.96% of the population
has been displaced.
