Anastas Israelyan arrested

Anastas Israelyan, the president of Reviving Artsakh NGO, has been arrested. His lawyer, Rafael Martirosyan, confirmed the information in a conversation with ABC media.

The lawyer said that Israelyan was arrested by the Criminal Intelligence Department.

“So far, no charges have been filed; the reason for the arrest is unknown,” the lawyer said.
