Peace agreement is at hand, says Rubio

A peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine could be signed in the near future, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.

“I believe this will be a decisive week, a very important week when we need to decide whether to continue participating in this initiative or to shift our focus to other, perhaps even more important, issues,” Rubio stated.
