Maps from Baku: What message are they sending?

Azerbaijan has released a map titled “Zangezur Corridor”. A question arises as to why this map is circulating on social media?

According to cartographer Ruben Galchyan, the map does not violate borders. It shows two highways and one highlighted section, referred to as the so-called “Zangezur Corridor”. This road segment is located within sovereign Armenian territory, and Baku does not have the authority to assign it a name or status.
