White House spokesperson provides details on talks with Iran

The United States assesses the prospects of reaching an agreement with Iran positively, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said.

“It is clear that it is in Iran’s interest to meet President Trump’s demands. I believe he has clearly set his red lines in these negotiations, so we continue to monitor how these discussions develop,” she stated.

Leavitt also noted that the next round of talks with Iran is most likely to take place in the same location — Islamabad.
