Lack of dialect knowledge or deliberate hate speech?

The Armenian Public TV made the second report through wiretapping people from Artsakh.

In the report, the telephone conversation of people speaking Artsakh dialect was not correctly changed to literary Armenian. After finding out the correct translation, the title of the news release was changed, and the words translated into literary Armenian from the dialect were deleted. Afterward, they apologized to their viewers, calling the incident a mishap.
