Civilians have been captured from Taghavard: Metaxe Hakobyan to News.am

Our friends’ relatives have been captured from Taghavard by
Azerbaijanis. Artsakh NA MP Metaxe Hakobyan said this to NEWS.am.

“The situation is deplorable everywhere. Azerbaijan has
captured our friends’ relatives, who live in Taghavard. They take extreme
measures and do not care whether it is a civilian or not — they kill or capture
people from all sides.

This is the genocide, that Nikol Pashinyan was talking
about. He achieved his dream,” Hakobyan said.

She said that she was just from the hospital: The Armenian
side has suffered many casualties, and many are wounded.
